A great opportunity is available to work for a quality independent agent who are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to run their office in New Romney.Preferably you will have experience in the Ashford, Folkestone or Hythe areas.The ideal candidate will have several years experience, be dedicated and hard working, have an outstanding conversion rate and a proven track record.This is mainly a Sales based role but it will include a small amount of lettings Listings.Your duties will include:·Managing the office daily·Reporting figures·Increasing Brand awareness·Attending valuations·Networking·Marketing properties·Registering applicants·Booking viewings·Attending viewings·Negotiating offers·Increasing market share·Recruiting and training staffIn return you will receive:·Basic salary of £25,000 dependent on experience·5% office Commission·Realistic OTE of £40Working week -·5 day week to include SaturdaysThis is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a new challenge with a leading Independent agency.
