Job Description

SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)New Malden (SW20)£110 - £125 per day (depending on experience)Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 3:30PMAre you an experienced SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for exciting opportunities in New Malden SW20 Prospero Teaching is currently seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our pool of talented education professionals. Partneringwith top schools in the area, we aim to connect passionate SEN HLTAs with fulfilling roles where they can make a real impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to students with SEN, working collaboratively with school staff and external professionals.
  • Deliver tailored interventions and adapt teaching materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and progress of all students.
Requirements:
  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN, demonstrating a deep understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with students.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
