Our client is a Surrey based (near Wimbledon) precision engineering company specialising in CNC machining, sheet metal work, fabrication etc.They are looking to take on an experienced CNC programmer, setter, operator for their Fanuc controlled Doosan Puma 2600 single turret lathe.You will be required to load and amend programmes online (at the machine) and prove them before running 1st offs, measuring and checking. Most runs are 1-10 off, small runs.You will be expected to work to a high level of precision and tight tolerance a variety of metals and materials.This is a Monday Friday role, with a degree of flexibility in start times doing a 40 hour week.Salary is circa £37-39,500 basic, 20 days holiday, pension and on-site parking.Excellent opportunity for the right person.
