A global leading organisation is seeking a passionate and experienced Electronics Engineering Leader within the Defence, Navy or Military to extend their knowledge and expertise.As the Hardware Manager your job will be to lead, consult and support the Hardware Development Team to complete their project deliverables on time, on quality and on budget. This global leader of safe, efficient and reliable Navigation Solutions for the commercial and defence maritime industry are looking for an experienced and proven individual with significant leadership qualities to help drive an excellent level of standards and encourage a proactive environment, ensuring all Hardware projects, large and small, are managed in accordance with the Engineering Process.Key requirements for the Hardware Manager Job will include:*Proven leadership and management skills across a variety of departments and levels*Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering / technical subject (e.G. Electrical/electronic engineering).*Knowledge of Radar principles and design.*Understanding of Radar engineering standards and requirements.*Strong Engineering design lifecycle and V&V knowledge.The ideal candidate for this Hardware Manager position will be someone with a passion to succeed, with an agile mind-set, able to operate at global level. We are looking for an experienced and professional individual who is excited by technology and innovation, who will always put the customers first.As the Hardware Manager you will lead a team of fast-moving, dedicated, passionate and technical professionals focused on innovation and delivering results.
