Graduate / APC Project Manager - Construction ConsultancySynopsis: Thisnational construction and property consultancy is currently looking for an intermediate Project Manager to join their team in SurreyLocation: New Malden (KT3)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + (benefits)About the company This company is a national construction and property consultancy with a long history of providing quantity surveying, project management, building surveying, and H&E services on commercial offices, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial, residential, hospitality, and retail construction projects. They have several offices covering the UK and have an excellent reputation across the industry with both clients and peers.About the roleDespite the current market conditions, our client is experiencing a period of growth, and is currently recruiting an intermediate level Project Manager who has a few years’ experience working as a PM or QS in a similar consultancy environment. The role will be based from their office in Surrey and will be working on a range of different projects but with a focus (at least for the moment) on medium to large-sized healthcare projects for the NHS.You will need to have a few years’ experience working as a QS or PM for another construction consultancy. It would be an advantage if you had previous healthcare experience but this is by no means essential. You might be completing your APC or be AssocRICS. Being a member of MAPM or working towards it is also an advantage.
