Job Description

Brook Street are proud to announce a great opportunity for a full-time, temporary role within an UK Central Government Department (HEO Grade), to join a fast-paced office, working as part of the senior admin team.Overview:- Full time 37 hrs per week- Monday to Friday- Temporary 3-months contract, extension possibility- Hourly rate - £15.17 / hour- Location: Woodham Lane, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 3LS- Start Date: ASAPThe job holder is a primary contact for members of the pharmaceutical industry, and involves communicating with internal assessors, other global country national regulatory body representatives and the pharmaceutical industry.You will be key support to the Head of Business Services delivering in areas of HR, Training/Learning and Development, and supporting our Chief Executive and Directors in business delivery.You will help deliver key policy changes and be at the forefront of supporting our client staff with embedding these changes to processes and ways of working.We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly to staff at all levels and be seen as an enabler within the department to help with:

  • Supporting with delivery of actions arising from staff engagement surveys
  • Supporting with delivery of policy changes including communication management and learning material
  • Updating internal Quality Management documents and processes
  • Leading on changes required to internal intranet pages
  • Preparing material
Occasional travel to site will be expected, but there is no requirement to be in the office 5 days a week and notice would be givenDuration will be for an initial period of 3 months (with a possibility of an extension) from the start date.We require someone that is/has:
  • Experience of working under pressure, within a target driven environment
  • Experience in authorisation procedures for veterinary medicinal products, or can demonstrate the ability to develop this understanding quickly
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*All offers are subject to 3 years of referencing checks and a basic DBS.
