This full-time, permanent position offers a negotiable salary dependingon experience, and is essential in maintaining our clients high standards of quality and compliance during a significant period of growth.Role Overview:* Lead the development and management of the companys food safety and quality assurance systems.* Carry out regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.* Handle day-to-day quality issues, including customer complaints and quality incidents, with detailed root cause analysis.* Play a key role in the development and maintenance of crisis plans for product recalls.* Responsible for the calibration of measurement devices used in quality and production.Requirements: * A degree in Science/Food Science or related field, with a thorough technical understanding of food products, packaging, and processes.* Experience in Quality Assurance Management within the food manufacturing industry.* Extensive knowledge of food safety legislation, good manufacturing practice, and HACCP Level 3 certification.* Proven ability in team management and internal auditing.* Good understanding of BRC requirements and their application in a production environment.* Basic knowledge of microbiology and its impact on food safety and quality.* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.Ready to take the next step in your career with a leading food company Apply now or contact us on for more information.
