HR Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a HR Advisor for an established, market leading manufacturer in Nafferton who have grown based on their family values and are committed to sustainable growth with offices in 14 locations around Europe. As well as a salary of upto £35,000,they offer training and development opportunities, a friendly working environment and work hard to champion people, community and the planet.The role is very varied covering HR Administration, working closely with management team advising them on current HR matters within the business and manage policies, absences, writing and issuing contracts and job descriptions and overseeing the entire spectrumof the employee life cycle while also keeping upto date with ACAS requirements.As an HR Advisor, you will:

• Support and develop staff engagement
• Carry out HR audits on site
• Collate and analyse HR data
• Train/advise other staff on all HR matters

You will ideally have:

• Previous HR experience in a similar role
• Able to build strong relationships
• Have an understanding of Employment Law
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
