Job Description

HR Systems & Data PartnerMusselburghHybrid£39,000 - £50,000pa DOE12-month FTC (possibilitiesof extensions)FT (36.25 hrs) | MonFri I am delighted to be once again working with one of our instantly recognisable, core clients on a hugely exciting, HR Systems & Data Partner role, on a 12-month fixed term contract.The role is all about monitoring and reviewing existing systems, undertaking research and evaluation of new alternatives, helping with change management plans, and managing and deploying upgrades and enhancements.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate towork in what is a brand new role in the HR team, and to impact the wider organisation as a whole, with the key decisions that they will be making.Benefits:

Duties include:
  • Ensuring HR systems are correctly utilised and maintained
  • Reviewing and implementing different policies and procedures across HR to ensure a streamline process within the organisation
  • Ensuring data flows effectively across all of the existing and new HR processes
  • Develop and maintain colleague and stakeholder relationships
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • Experience using iTrent
  • Solid HR Generalist background & previous experience working in a systems-based role
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to work as part of a team
