Job Description

HR AdministratorMusselburghHybrid£22,149- £25,624pa12-month FTC (Mat Cover)FT | 9am5pm (MonThu) | 9am4:30pm (Fri)I am delighted to be working again with one of our instantly recognisable clients who are looking for a HR Administrator, to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support across a number of areas including recruitment & selection, employee relations and onboarding.This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to secure a fantastic roleand join an incredibly friendly and close-knit HR team.Benefits:

Duties Include:
  • Providing administration support to a range of OD projects; L&D, reward & recognition, induction
  • Updating employee records on iTrent & supporting HR partner with employee changes to their areas
  • Providing first line advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders in relation to HRs key service offerings
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
  • Experience in a similar HR role
  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads accordingly
