Job Description

Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join our client, a Civil Engineering consultancy, based in East Lothian. This is a permanent position and offers you the chance to work with an established and professional business. This is an office based role and you will work 20 hours each week, Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm. There may be some flexibility with the hours. You will support the business by providing administrative support to the Director, Managers and wider team. Duties will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for people calling or attending the office
  • Diary management
  • Preparing documents for meetings, as required by Director
  • Updating and maintaining the company’s Management system
  • Filing and retrieving files, both paper and electronic
  • Taking minutes at meetings and distributing copies to relevant party’s
  • Collating and distributing reports and emails
  • Processing orders for stationery, IT and PPE allocating purchase order number
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a busy, part time role in a professional and supportive office environment. You must have the ability to work off your own initiative and at times, manage your workloadwith minimal supervision.
