We have an immediate requirement for a Sales or Telesales Consultant to join a fast growing Business Consultancy based in Mumbles Swansea. Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level, however business experience, sales, telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience would be of huge interest.Previous successful candidates and now successful employees, had experience in car sales, financial sales, estate agency or call centre. Similarly graduates with business related degrees have proven to be highly suitable.Within the role you will be tasked with developing an existing customer account base and using your outstanding communication skills you will win new business, service existing accounts and close deals.The starting salary is depending on your experience £18000 - £22500 and your on target earnings once you have completed training is £32500. If targets continue to be hit, your second year OTE is closer to £45000.The role also offers great career development potential with fast track opportunities into management for the high flyers.Interested Please send me a copy of your CV.
