We provide full training both in-house and through external resources that will assist you to build a credible network ofcandidates and a pool of clients to conduct business with.In this role as a Recruitment Consultant, you will nurture existing client relationships for business opportunities alongside exploring new business openings with clients we are yet to work with. In the same way, you will utilise advertising, our existingdatabase, and professional networking sites to attract high-caliber candidates interested in moving roles.In order to be invited to interview, you will hold good academics, be personable and be able to communicate clearly and professionally by phone. It is key that you have strong written skills enabling you to generate intelligent and persuasive emails andadverts to generate interest. In addition, depending on your background you will be able to transfer your sales/marketing/account management skills to the world of recruitment to assist you to achieve your KPIs.
