We have an immediate requirement for a recruitment consultant to join our newly expanded office, based on Walters Crescent Mumbles Swansea. Suitable applicants will be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in an engineering, technical or business discipline and possess sales or recruitment experience. Naturally we are looking for applicants who are natural, confident and professional communicators.The role is for a 360 degree recruitment consultant as such you will be involved in business development, fee negotiation, candidate screening and selection, marketing and advertising and candidate placement in both permanent and contract recruitment. We will tailor our training to your level of experience as we appreciate not all recruitment roles are the same, and we doubt as in depth as the position at Penguin.Penguin Recruitment is now one of the UKs top 3 recruiters in the Engineering and Environmental Sector. We employ over 30 staff across our Mumbles offices and we pride ourselves in our genuine work hard, earn very competitively and have fun, culture.Business wise 2020 has been a successful year for Penguin however Covid has slowed the social / sporting and fun aspect of the role.
