We have an immediate requirement for 2 experienced Recruitment Consultants. The market sector in which we operate is extremely optimistic that business will be very strong in the post Brexit, post Covid era and as a result we have a number of distinct patches or desks which we anticipate will grow rapidly. Suitable applicants will have prior recruitment consultancy experience and be familiar with relationship building, client management and working the complete recruitment cycle. At Penguin we work a 360 degree model, meaning that you will be rapidly become an expert in a specialist engineering niche and will perform all aspects of recruitment, from canvassing, to negotiating terms to delivering offers.Penguin is based in the heart of Mumbles a town voted to be the most desirable place to live in the UK.
