Software Development Team Lead | Motorsports / Automotive | Onsite | Norfolk | Up to 70KOur client is a much-admired, half billion-motorsport specialist. An exciting role has arisen in Norfolk for a Software Team Lead to manage a team of developers in the creation of our clients bespoke software.Role:

Leading a team of developers who work on cutting edge software solutions on world leading, award-winning automotive technology
Manage the design and development of high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in all their software toolchains/languages.
Direct on the use of modern software programming and integration
Responsible for the integration of their software on each project
Curating specifications from customer requirements and coordinating a team to efficiently deliver to these targets

What they are looking for:

Circa 10 years’ experience of developing software for engineering applications, with experience in 2 of the following: C, C++, C# or Mathworks
Must have experience developing software within an Engineering Function, Embedded / Devices, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence or Similar
A strong leader, with previous team leadership experience
Experience of embedded systems and microcontrollers would be a benefit, but remains desirable
