Creative Support are looking for a compassionate, positive and creative individual to join our dedicated team! We welcome applicants who have experience working in the field of learning disabilities, mental health, Autism and have experience of leading and managing teams.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of setting up a brand new supported living service alongside the registered service manager in the beautiful, rural area of Mount Pleasant, Shropshire. You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the young adults who will be moving into the service.The successful applicant will be supporting a group of people who are very excited about moving into independent living for the first time. The people you will be supporting have a wide range of hobbies, interests and goals so no 2 days will be the same when working at this new and modern home.We are passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives at home and also to become active members of their community. We will support people to achieve their own goals and aspirations for life and promoting their health and emotional well-being.
