MAIN FUNCTIONS:Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/orsorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analysing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritise. Strong communication skills and organisational skills are required. Proficiencywith MS Office required. Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. This position would typically include senior Administrative Assistant whois able to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data.Nature of the job is generally creating rather than maintaining and developing rather than monitoring.This role is to provide administrative support to all departments . Duties will include, preparing monthlyand quarterly reports, Payroll collation, diary management, SharePoint administration, low value purchasing, Data entry, records management and document control.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSExcellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems,strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience. Successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar Administration/PA support role and possess the following skills/experience: Excellent communication skills Strongorganisational skills Time management Payroll and HR administration experience(advantageous) SAP knowledge (advantageous)
