Lead the development and delivery of an efficient and effective capital management service across the Council.. Co-ordinate production of the Councils Medium Term Capital Programme.. Monitor the Councils capital budget, investments and borrowing.. Co-ordinate the production of the Councils annual Treasury Management Policy and Strategy Statement.. Converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.. Be a point of escalation for the team and others.You are... . A qualified CCAB accountant.. Experienced in capital accounting, financing and treasury management within a similar organisation.. Successful in engaging effectively with others at a senior level and building productive partnerships with key stakeholders.. Highly knowledgeable and experienced with IT systems..
