The role is to start either ASAP or from September 2024, depending on the availabilityof the successful candidate.The role will involve working with pupils with varied SEN and challenging behaviour, so the successful candidate will need to be a resilient practitioner and have excellent relationship-building skills.The role is full-time and for the full 2024/2025 Academic Year. The School has opportunities across EYFS-KS2, depending on the preference and specialism of the successful candidate. For the right candidate, there is the strong possibility of the role becomingpermanent. The hours of work for the role will be 08.30-16.00.The role will involve supporting the pupils with their learning and communicating effectively with Class Teachers to ensure appropriate strategies are used that are suited to the individual needs and learning styles of the pupils to allow them to engagewith their learning and make excellent progress.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff.
