We are a unique care and support service that enables carers to open their own homes to people with an assessed need aged 18+, like foster care. Shared Lives carers share their homes and their lives with people they support either for a short break or as a long-term arrangement. Your role as a coordinator is to recruit, assess and support our carers to achieve the best outcomes for the people they support. We have one full time position (37 hours) and one part time (30 hours) position available.Lorraine is a key player of the team and has worked in her role as a coordinator for 9 years.
