The team acts as a key source of advice for the Executive leadership and Members on service improvement and change.The Service Review team aims to deliver enduring impact, through strong internal partnerships based on support, challenge, trust and honesty. As Service Review Officer, you will report to the Service Review Lead. Service Review Officers are responsible fordelivering high profile service reviews successfully to completion. You will trouble-shoot areas of concern and implement innovations that improve the services the Council delivers.The salary for this permanent post is Band 6 £25,419pa to Band 8 £37,568pa, with normal hours of work of 37 per week.Please refer to the job description and person specification for full details, which can be found in supporting documents.Who are we looking forIn line with our values, you will be motivated by achieving the best outcomes for residents.
