We are looking to recruit a nurse with strong clinical judgement skills and the ability to lead and support a staff team to provide individualised, person centred support to service users to enable them to live a fulfilled life, whilst ensuring risks are managed.Candidates should have experience with challenging behaviours and be able to work both on their own initiative and with in a team. experience of leadership and supervision of staff would be beneficial.
