Further InformationLearning and OD Adviser - Adult Social CareThe HR/OD Service is made-up of a friendly, exciting and dynamic team of HR, Learning and Organisational Development and Recruitment and Selection professionals. This role will sit within the Learning and Organisational Development team. The L&OD Advisor (AdultSocial Care) will lead on the development and delivery of learning and development solutions and qualifications for staff in adult social care settings, including statutory, voluntary sector organisations and private service providers. You will be joininga supportive, creative and innovative team, passionate about providing high quality learning experiences for staff across the children and adult workforce.As a Learning and Development Team we are committed to the continuing professional development of our own staff and actively support ongoing learning for each team member.This is a full-time 37 hrs per week post but would be interested in a conversation with anyone looking to work part-time.NCC believes its what you do, not where you do it and our Worksmart hybrid working model will enable you to work flexibly, balancing business needs with personal preference.For full details, please see the attached job description and person specificationEssential requirements:- Qualified to degree level- Recognised teaching/training or learning & development qualification or teaching & learning knowledge acquired through relevant training and experience working in a training, teaching & learning environment at an equivalent level.- Relevant qualification related to health and/or social care.
