Job Description

Further InformationFacilities management are looking for a Support officer who will be able to provide admin Support to 5 Facilities Supervisors who work across the County of Northumberland. The role will be based at County Hall, a good level of IT skill is required as will be using multiple IT systems including Microsoft 365, Total Mobile and Door security system and web-based training recording systems and monitoring of multiple email inboxesand associated calendars. Previous experience of processing invoices and raising orders would be highly beneficial Good organisational skills, and good customer service skills are essential for this role.
