Job Description

Are you seeking a position that involves working with products designed to improve the quality of life for millions of individuals worldwideJoin Pharma Nord’s UK office located in Morpeth, just a short distance from Newcastle upon Tyne, and become an integral part of our dedicated customer service department, a close-knit team of six professionals, all committed to delivering exceptional customercare.About the positionIn this multifunctional role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our team and the well-being of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, allowingyou to make a meaningful impact in various aspects of our operations.Your key responsibilities will be the following:Customer Service Assistant:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their questions around our product range.
  • Offer product guidance.
  • Manage and process orders from a variety of clients, including health food shops and pharmacies.
  • Initiate follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Process payments to maintain financial accuracy.
Administrator:
  • Collect and compile the expenses of our sales representatives and take charge of weekly invoicing.
  • Work closely with our headquarters accounting department, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Oversee utility management, contributing to our operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle a range of essential administrative tasks that support the core functions of our organisation.
The role is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 to 17:00 or 8:00 to 16:00. Comprehensive product training will be provided, ensuring a thorough introduction to our product range.QualificationsThis position requires adaptability and the capacity to handle a variety of tasks with composure and efficiency. You are experienced at managing administrative tasks, overseeing expenses and contributing to efficient utility management.Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
