Further InformationWe have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Catering Assistant to join the Northumberland Communities Together team, based at County Hall in Morpeth. The successful applicant will be required to serve customers and staff at the Restaurant, Coffee Cart and hospitality in meeting rooms, within County Hall. Duties include food preparation and basic cooking, serving customers, replenishing fridges and displays, use of a traditional barista style coffee machine, cleaning duties as required, sorting deliveries, washing pots and dishes and cash handling using an electronictill system. A working knowledge of a catering environment, including HACCP, food safety and health and safety principles is preferred. Working times are between 7am and 5pm daily, Monday to Friday.
