Due to an increasing workload and a dynamic business development programme we are looking to employ a project manager.The nature of our work is focussed around office transformation and estate rationalisation programmes for a range of clients, including central government departments and local government authorities. A typical appointment could be the commission of a property rationalisation and office transformation programme in response to business reorganisation/restructuring. In the current economic climate, the developed programmes assist our clients with meeting reduction targets for operating costs as well as sustainability.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the delivery of projects through a classic gateway process i.e. RIBA.
  • Working as part of the team managing the development and delivery of estate rationalisation programmes.
  • Managing the development and delivery of transformation programmes - responding to business needs.
  • Preparing and developing the client’s brief and business cases.
  • Assisting with the creation and writing intellectual content for bid submissions and proposals.
  • About youYou have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and a member of a professional body institute. You have general project management experience (from inception to construction to business operation) including contract administration in various forms of contract i.e. JCT, NEC and others. You have good understanding of bid processes, option appraisals and feasibility studies.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
