A city based international banking group currently requires a property finance associate to support a high profile, growing lending book. This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced assistant relationship manager / property associate tosupport a fast paced relationship management team who have ambitious plans for growth.Main Duties to Include:* Assisting with credit applications and loan reviews.* Active involvement in AML reviews/ monthly and periodically.* Follow appropriateaccount opening for new clients.* Deal with customer inquiries and investigate any account anomalies.This role will involve dealing with complex transactions across commercial, investment, residential and development finance and as such the successful applicant must have cradle to gravesupport experience in the real estate space and comfortable dealingwith transactions of this kind.Hybrid working is on offer as well as a competitive benefits package plusdiscretionary annual bonus and annual salary reviews.
