Job Description

A major Luxury Goods group is seeking an accomplished, engaging Finance/Data Analyst to join its UK HQ based in Central London.Reporting to the Head of Data as well as the FD, you will:

  • Manage, evolve and simplify budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • Analyse and report on multichannel sales/performance
  • Calculate commissions/incentives
  • Build and maintain financial data, databases and reports;
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards, using visualisation and analytical software (such as IBM Cognos, Power BI, QlikView and Tableau), to support commercial and strategic decision making;
  • Build automated and efficient reporting
    • To be considered for this job role you must meet the following criteria:
  • 1:1/2:1 degree educated
  • Four years minimum related analytical experience - working either with or within Finance
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools (eg. IBM Cognos, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc).
  • Confident, articulate, with impeccable communication skills
  • Advanced Excel essential. VBA desirable.
  • Some SQL exposure would go down a treat.
  • Warm, friendly and outgoing - with a great sense of humour!
  • An abundance of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ambitious, keen to develop further, a future manager.
