Job Description

A successful eCommerce Company employing around 30 people is looking for an exceptionally well organised, commercially minded Marketing Administrator. Youll be an experienced Administrator who is bright and can demonstrate solid commercial acumen in a Digital Marketing or eCommerce environment.Role: Marketing Administrator (you might be called a Digital Content Planner, Marketing Executive, Social Media Manager or similar) Location: Near PlymouthSalary: £25k - £35k depending upon experienceThis is a varied and interesting role; your purpose will be

  • To act as a bridge to external Digital Marketing suppliers (agency). Helping to provide first-class Digital Marketing results for an established eCommerce group.
  • Organise, schedule, and coordinate meetings with both external and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring a smooth operation timetable.

With immaculate attention to detail, youll have the ability to manage your own time and demonstrate a highly organised approach to work. The successful applicant will be a natural multi-tasker with a forensic eye for the administration aspects of a role.You will work in a highly collaborative environment where it will be essential to form good working relationships with external suppliers and the wider internal team.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Project Coordination experience - managing timeframes, deliverables, feedback etc
  • An understanding of Digital Marketing, ideally with an eCommerce environment.
  • Evidence of strong digital skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Proven ability as an effective communicator (verbal & written).
  • Ability to deliver digital marketing activities, meeting deadlines and stakeholder requirements
