Job Description

Sales and Customer Service Co-ordinator – Russian SpeakingThe purpose of this role is to provide support within the Sales Team and to carry out and grow sales activities for the company, Dancewear and Crystal business with key clients, online sales, B2C and Russian speaking territory management under the directionof the Head of Component Sales and the Directors.This is a 9 month Maternity Contract until July 2024 Key Objectives 1. To support the Head of Component Sales. the Directors and as a member of the Sales Team to achieve and increase sales and work to improve contribution.Specific objectives include:

  1. Striving to achieve monthly and annual sales and contribution targets.
  2. Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships;
  3. Understanding clients’ needs, identifying new business and monitoring customer performance.
  4. Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction;
  5. Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
  6. Supporting members of the sales team to improve their performance and reach targets;
  7. Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, products, competitors and industry;
  1. Administration responsibilities; control of order entry post enquiries by telephone, email and website. Taking payments. Control of shipping documentation / processes for specific clients;
  2. Possible attendance at trade exhibitions;
  3. Monitoring credit control and taking action when required.

  5. Observe the Terms and Conditions as set out in the Contract of Employment and Staff Handbook.
  6. Carry out instructions as may be reasonably requested by the Line Manager.
  7. Follow all standing instructions, including Fire Precautions and Emergency Procedures.
  8. Protect cash, securities and equipment free from fire, theft and misuse.
  9. To assist any other department in their duties, time allowing.
To be available for work around peak trading times e.g. major competitions
