Milk Education are working in partnership with an SEMH School which supports students from 5-19 years, they are currently recruiting for a full time behaviour support assistant, to work within the classroom as well as supporting with intervention in breakoutareas.Your role as a behaviour support assistant, is to support and mentor students who may display behaviours that challenge caused from Trauma, SEMH and EBD. You will be a key part in the young persons educational journey, support them in regulating emotions,boosting attainment and building effective relationships and communication techniques.If you have previously worked as a Behaviour mentor, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Sports Coach, PT, Youth worker, Childrens residential support officer or have studied Dance, Art or Psychology.
