Job Description

Program Manager/eCommerce ManagerMitchamPermanent Full Time£30,000 - £35,000A rare opportunity for hands-on, self-directed program manager to join our Client’s team and take responsibility for driving the deployment and management of priority customer programs across EMEA. This role will be instrumental in driving customer value: developing, launching and managing products and e-store platforms, and monitoring results to drive greater efficiency, sales and program results over time. You will not just be an order taker, but rather a regional and local partner helping drive the business and ensuring success for our Client’s customers. The successful candidate must be able to work directly in a hands-on way with the sales and operations infrastructure to lead multiple programs at one time. They will also work directly with various customers to gather and understand business requirements, contract terms and service levels along with their related processes, to build workable solutions and recommendations.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• Accountable for the overall execution, management and quality control of a portfolio of customer merchandise programmes and e-stores - leading the entire process from the customer briefing and brand immersion process through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones• Serve as the main point of contact for designated customer programs, and work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations stakeholders to coordinate the success of the programs and e-stores• Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with customers and relevant internal global and local team members, ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project• Create and maintain asset delivery roadmaps, schedules, inventory agreements and budgets across all customer e-stores• Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate cross-functionally with design, development and sales to maintain workflow through the final e-store launch• Implement and automate processes to collect and manage sales data, creating actionable reports & dashboards• Proactively communicate with clients about product recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions. Act as POC to solve local questions and issues, and also leverage global resources to drive improvement based on local needs• Build and deliver email and/or other digital campaigns to drive awareness and sales of customer merchandise programs. Drive and make recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers across digital channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.) to support business objectives, whilst prioritising the customer experience• Alongside the account manager, be accountable for client relationships after the program has launched, with special attention to profitability, tracking and managing resource consumption, financial reporting and billing• Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the digital spaceEssential:• Proven experience in a client services / project management role leading and delivering multiple digital programs: excellent project management and planning skills• Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations - ability to work backwards from the needs of the customer deliver an excellent customer experience• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users• In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support and Operations• Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems and data analytics• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
