Job Description

Job Title: eCommerce Programme ManagerSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum |Commission: OTE £10,000 on hitting sales and margin targetsHours: Monday - FridayLocation: MitchamOur client based in Mitcham is currently recruiting for an eCommerce Programme Manager to join their team. You will be reporting into the Sales Operations & Customer Experience Director.Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for the overall execution, management and quality control of a portfolio of customer merchandise programmes and e-stores - leading the entire process from the customer briefing and brand immersion process through to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting all timeline milestones
  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated customer programmes, and work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations stakeholders to coordinate the success of the programmes and e-stores
  • Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with customers and relevant internal global and local team members, ensuring thorough communication with all stakeholders at all stages of every project
  • Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate cross-functionally to maintain workflows
  • Implement/automate processes to collect and manage sales data, creating actionable reports & dashboards
  • Proactively communicate with clients about product recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions, whilst leveraging global resources to drive improvement based on local needs
  • Build & deliver email and digital campaigns to drive awareness and sales of merchandise programmes.
  • Drive and make recommendations to effectively engage customers across digital channels to support business objectives, whilst prioritising the customer experience
  • Alongside the account manager, be accountable for client relationships after the programme has launched, focusing on profitability, tracking and managing resource consumption, financial reporting and billing
  • Professional skills, Experience and Attributes Required:Essential:
  • Proven experience in a client relationship / project management role leading and delivering multiple digital programmes - excellent project management and planning skills
  • Skilled at building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, adept at making data-driven, analytical decisions
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Desirable:
  • Educated to graduate degree level or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing and automation tools eg; dotmailer
  • Prior experience in multi-cultural international environment
  • Additional European language
