Warehouse Manager Miskin £45,000 - £60,000 + benefitsYolk Recruitment are partnered with a leading manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Warehouse Manager, a newly created role to spearhead a developing second warehouse operation.The business holds a dominant position in its market, is the sole supplier of essential products to a global customer base with 15 years of YOY growth, the result of increased customer demand, product diversification and consistent reinvestment.The role will see you leading and developing people, systems and processes, a range of continuous improvement initiatives and championing a winning culture that values people.Were looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, a proactive leader with a passion for people and process.This is what you will be doing

• Develop and lead your teams to solve day to day operational challenges and achieve performance goals.
• Identify, implement and develop processes across the Warehouse operation.
• Maintain a high traceability and inventory accuracy, meeting high quality standards
• Develop, maintain and report on a suite of KPIs in line with a global warehouse strategy
• Motive a team of warehouse supervisors and operators fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Champion health and safety

The experience you will bring

• Previous management experience in Warehouse operations
• Developing/improving warehouse processes
• Confident user of ERP/MRP/Excel for data led decision making
• Maintain good working relationships with internal departments, customers and suppliers.
