Compiling both EDI forecasts for raw materials ,BOPS, masterbatches and paint stocks
Placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers
Raising daily material request pick sheets
Consistently monitoring Deliveries against current stock and daily checking of Deliveries into distribution centre
Controlling Stock movements from warehouse to various manufacturing sites in the UK

Material Controller Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Worked in an engineering and manufacturing environment
Experience with an ERP/MRP system
Planning/Materials control expertise
