Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review rounds with a view to ensuring they operate cost effectively…Daily Review
  • Assist Debrief Process and ensure TRACE is updated (In house I.T Platform).
  • Maintain record(s) of any Sameday movements booked or requested via the TVS RICO DA system (In house I.T Platform).
  • To ensure all customer service level agreements and any reporting requirements are adhered to.
  • Analyse driver debrief report and identify/address and performance related issues.
  • Liaise with internal and external transport suppliers to ensure returns are collected
  • Maintain TVS RICO key management process from receipt to driver and return to office.
  • Manage TVS RICO Scan plaque ordering and ensure these are issued and monitored
  • Identify any driver training needs and report to the Network manager for action.
  • Ensure driver procedures are adhered to and monitor/manage daily compliance.
  • Effective communication with drivers regarding changes to rounds, procedures and any day to day issues.
  • Recording content of driver briefing (one to one) and e-mail notification/information handover to Network Manager where appropriate.
  • To cover the workload of colleagues within the department during periods of absence or peak workloads.
  • To undertake any other duties as required by management that will improve quality of service within the company in accordance with grade and nature of the post.
  • Continual review of all working practice/processes to improve efficiency in operating methodology
  • Support any customer implementations when the requirement should arise.
  • To be receptive to training and development opportunities that may be necessary for successful completion of designated tasks or specific projects
