Job Description

Do you come from a Customer Service or Administration backgroundWould you like to start a career within Logistics and SeafreightWould you like a guaranteed pay rise after you have completed your trainingEuropa Air & Sea are looking for someone to come and join their Customer Service team. With full training provided, this is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career within logistics!Working closely alongside our Business Development Managers and Pricing team, your role is to ensure every Europa customer receives the best level of customer service. Through emails and phone you will be communicating directly with customers as well assuppliers, being responsible for the full lifecycle of each booking.What does our ideal candidate look like

  • Previous logistics experience is beneficial, however having a keen passion to learn is essential.
  • Excellent communicator and dedication to excellent customer service are required
  • Attention to detail with a passion for customer service is critical to this role
  • Time management skills are essential as are communication (phone and writing) skills
  • You will have the ability to prioritise and to work under pressure
  • A good head for numbers is required
  • English and maths at GCSE level C or above are essential
What can Europa Air & Sea offer you
  • A starting salary of £22,000, which will increase to £23,500 after successful completion of your probation, and will increase again to £25,000 after you have successfully completed your first year.
