Job Description

Accounts Assistant| £13.34 per Hour | Temp - Perm | Minworth - moving to Swadlincote in June 23 | 37.5 hours per weekPenns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for our well established and well respected client currently based in Minworth, moving to Swadlincote in JuneWe are looking for a full time Accounts Assistantwho is reliable and trustworthy to join the team on a temp - perm basis. Immediate start available.Duties to include:

  • To refer any unsolved problems to the Management Accountant
  • To process incoming suppliers invoices - creating the PIR
  • Process sales invoices and credit notes (depot recharges)
  • Post purchase payments on to the Pegasus Opera 3 system
  • Process supplier payments, RBS Bankline
  • Resolve any disputed invoices
  • To raise invoices and credit notes
  • Maintain supplier reconciliations
  • To ensure all procedures are followed by staff and visitors
Key requirements:
  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • Quick to learn
  • Accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Friendly team player
  • Adaptable to Change
  • Able to offer solutions to process improvement
  • Hours : 37.5 hours per week either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
