Job Description

My client is offering this role as full-time position, term time only position (+10 days)Benefits:

As a Support Worker, you will:
  • Supporting residents on a 1:1 basis with freedom to plan their day ( In line with the residents choices)
  • Providing personal care to residents
  • Supporting the residents with activities including cooking, music, and swimming
  • Complete the daily hand-over paperwork in the form of daily diaries and food charts etc
To be successful as a Support Worker you will have:
  • Exceptional communication skills (In the forms of verbal and written)
  • Level 2 English or Maths / Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • A proactive and person-centred attitude
  • Experience working within special needs/support (Either in a paid for capacity or personal environment)
