Job Description

My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are one of the longest established firms in the West Country with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expandingtheir estate agency team further.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis based in the Minehead area. The hours of work are Monday -Friday 8.30am-5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 1pm. The salary is highly competitive depending onexperience and you will need to be happy working in an office.The Successful CandidateThe successful candidate must have;

  • Experience within the property sector or a busy administration position
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • A driven and pro-active approach to work
  • Highly organised and efficient approach
  • Professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
  • Drivers license / Access to own vehicle (desirable)
