Writing and modifying robot programs to define the robots movements, actions, and sequences required for specific manufacturing tasks.
Collaborating with engineers and production personnel to improve manufacturing processes by optimising robot programming, cycle times, and overall efficiency.
Ensuring that robots/cobots are always fully operational on both shifts,
Supporting & Training Robot operators
Supporting Quality & Engineering team with fixture designs
Identifying and resolving technical issues related to the robots, such as program errors, communication problems, or mechanical failures, performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the robots/cobots in good working condition.
Ensure safe and smooth operation of work flowing through all robots/Cobot.
Setting of Fixtures & loading programs for operators
Ensure to meet the quality and production requirements.
Performing duties in a safe and smart manner

Skills and Experience

Experience in programming and operating Fanuc industrial robots
Prior experience working with industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to robots, along with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
Mig welding knowledge
Ability to read engineering drawings.
