Salary:£19,066 - £19,734 per annumPost Ref: POSN00079Hours: 37 hours per week, 36.2 weeks per yearDay: Monday to Friday, hours ranging from 7.30am3.30pmReporting to: Catering ManagerBase: CambridgeYou will consistently prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards, under direction of the catering manager. Deputises for the Catering Manager in his absence. Supervises staff, whose kitchen duties are allocated by the Catering Manager. Orderingand stock taking, cashing tills and handling money. You will be responsible for maintaining high level of food hygiene and keeping appropriate records that are set by the Catering Manager.You must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant subject. You must have recent proven experience in a similar role or background in corporate contract catering. You must have experience of menu planning and developing ideas and experience of supervisingstaff.
