Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client located in the Rochdale area. This is a long term role and will lead permanent for the right candidate.Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor

Responsible for initial enquires, both in bound and out bound calls emails and social media platforms
Processing all initial orders
Ensuring all orders are inputted and monitored on the CRM system
Producing all relevant carrier and export documentation
Liaising with customers with delivery and order information and updates
Arranging for all customer samples to be ordered and dispatched, liaise with the warehouse team ensuring this is carried out in a timely manner
Updating all customer information and orders
Contacting existing customers and advising of future orders, ensuring professional contact is maintained to continue a good relationship
Liaising with suppliers worldwide

Working hours areMonday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm(flexibility may be required occasionally)Rate of pay is £12.02 per hour.Skills and experience required

3+ years Customer Service experience
Ability to communicate at all levels
Experience with working within a manufacturing or supplier industry
