To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the Dobbies Team.In this role youll effectively manage the day to day operation of the Restaurant and Kitchen by leading an engaged team, fulfilling best in class customer experience and smashing your commercial targets.

• Overseeing thefast-paced busy restaurant operation, taking responsibility for putting our customers first and delivering results.
• Taking the lead increating a great place to work for everyone on aday to daybasis whilst thinking ahead to ensure your teamhave a development journey withDobbies.
• Sparking your teams passion for delivering the best customer experience possible bycreating a brilliant customer journey.
• Working closely with ourcentralsupport teams, maintaining top notch communication, stock supplyandresponse.
• Ensuringcompliance and health&safety regulations are carried outacross theRestaurant, whilstcaring for employee and customers welfareat all times

About You

• Youll bringrestaurantexpertisewith proven experience ofrestaurantmanagement.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets, profitabilityfrom drivingsalesand improved ways of working.
• Ability to identify training needs. Youll be effectively coaching and training all levels ensuring our teams are delivering a first-class customer experienceand safe centreenvironment.
• Adaptability. Youll act quickly and enthusiastically to changing priorities, workload and new regulations or requirements.
• Positivity managing change, youllleadthe team througheach seasonwith care and motivation to deliver the best.
