Grab it.About this roleWe have around 1.2 million customers and serve over half the FTSE 350. Our customers range from big household names, government departments, and public service organisations right through to small businesses and new start-ups. We cover both the communicationsand IT services markets. Overall, were focused on four main product markets: Fixed Voice; Mobility; Fibre and Connectivity; Network IT services provided over the biggest UK network in both fixed and mobile communications.As a sales apprentice youll have the chance to rotate across our sales teams, so youll gain a variety of experience. One day you might be responsible for a small number of medium-sized accounts, or you might be the single point of contact for one largeclient, to provide in-life customer support and straightforward cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Well help you learn how to understand the customers needs and challenges and be able to look for ways to create a brilliant customer experience.By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to showcase your commercial awareness, identify a new range of opportunities for your customers, and develop great working relationships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and collaborating. At the end of your hard work, you will gain a degree level qualification: BSc (Hons) in Business2Business Sales from one of our university partners.As an apprentice, you will study for a nationally recognised qualification as you gain hands on experience in our industry. After successful completion of this apprenticeship, you could kick start a successful career as a sales professional and receive yourmembership with the Institute of Professional Sales (IPS).Entry RequirementsYoull need to achieve three A-Levels with a minimum of BCC grades. Youll also need five GCSEs at grades 4-9 (C or above) including English Language & Maths.
