Do twilight shifts suit your home life Do you want to work for a hugely successful and profitable high-volume retail distributor Due to growth, we are looking for a Twilight Shift Warehouse Manager to manage 5 Warehouse Supervisors and up to 100 WarehouseStaff on shift. Fantastic benefits to include 22 days holiday, company discount, and retail vouchers!This is a permanent role based at the companys Middleton DC, working 37.5hrs per week Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm (14.00-22.00) plus 2 in 6 weekends (2 weekdays off in lieu), on a salary of £27,553 per annum (£14.13ph).As Warehouse Manager, you will manage the running of the Distribution Centre during your shift, working closely with both inbound and outbound teams. You will be managing apick and dispatchoperation ensuring all orders are met daily. You will manage stockreplenishment and be used to working in ahigh-volume goods environment(14,000 SKUs), maintain relationships with 3PL transport companies, as well as sickness and absence.I would be keen to hear from applicants with previous Warehouse Management experience who are used to managing teams of 80+ with a proven ability toadapt to change, identify issues/ opportunities andmake proposals for improvements. You will be target drivenand recognise the need to monitor KPIs closely as well as stock.Good IT skillsare required in order to collateKPI dataon Excel for reporting purposes. Any experience of MHE would be advantageous.
