Job Description

RSR Police are currently seeking an Investigator to work within our Legal Services client based in Middlemoor. The role is a contract position, looking to start ASAP and will last for 6 months initially. This role will pay £10.95 per hour PAYE.Role

  • The principal responsibility of the role is to handle pre-action civil and other litigation on behalf of both Forces and to handle a caseload dealing with operations files.
  • Investigate and action claims against the Force
  • Provide support for legal hearings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Provide specialist advice and knowledge
  • Essential experience and specialist skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience and knowledge of legal principles and legal systems. Previous experience and knowledge of litigation and contested matters generally
