The school is actively searching for a skilled and certified team membercapable of excelling both independently and as a collaborative team player.The main responsibilities for this position include:

Creating a well-organised, neat, and engaging learning environment that is welcoming to students.
Conducting one-on-one and small group teaching sessions in subjects such as Literacy, Numeracy, and Phonics.
Engaging students and encouraging their active participation in lessons and the curriculum.
Collaborating with the classroom teacher to provide regular progress reports.

The ideal candidate should have:

A relevant degree or qualification.
Previous experience in a school setting.
An understanding of special educational needs (SEN) is beneficial but not mandatory.
A Level 4 TA qualification is advantageous, though applicants with TA experience are encouraged to apply.
